Jamie has been our family travel agent for many years now and has booked at least 20 trips for us.  She handles everything from weekend staycations in the city, as a couple, to full extended family trips overseas.  It's easy to work with her to both explore and pick trip options and manage the trip details once booked.  We're always confident that if any issues arise while on a vacation, she's available and able to assist with any needed modifications.  Now that we've been working together for so long, an added benefit is Jamie understanding our specific preferences so looking at new places and experiences she recommends has been appreciated.
